How enable notifications for all pages?

By default, notifications are shown only on general pages (dashboard, issue view, ...)

You can enable the display of notifications on all pages, including admin pages (admin project page, system settings, ...)

To do this, enable the appropriate plugin resource. Please include only 1 of the resources, otherwise the messages will be shown 2 times.
