1. How to manage Announcements? (USER and ADMIN)

Open url in you Jira '/secure/jibrokBannerAll!default.jspa' or Go to from admin search (hot key gg) 'All banners' or open link from user menu.

Open

Click Create

Enter data in the fields.

• Users and groups - these users will see a message. 

• If you do not specify users and groups, the banner will be shown to all users.

• If you do not specify start and stop times, the banner will be displayed all the time.

You can specify the time yourself. For example write - 13:42

Click Demo to Preview

If everything is ready, then you need click to save.

1. How to grant user rights to manage banners? (ADMIN)

Open url in you Jira '/secure/jibrokBannerPermissionAll!default.jspa' or Go to from admin search (hot key gg) 'Banner admin permissions'

The users and groups indicated here will not be able to manage all banners.
