  1. Logging as Jira administrator

  2. Create new custom field - Message fieldĀ

  3. Select screensĀ

  4. Set the order of fieldsĀ

  5. Now configure the messageĀ 

    Ā 

  6. Ā Click Edit config message - Edit Message fieldĀ 

    Ā 

  7. Config message and click save.

    Ā 

  8. The message is ready.

Message types

"Show as is" shows just title and body. You can custom message body with html.
